SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most in stock goods items will ship out within 2-4 business days.  Personalized orders typically ship in about 2–3 weeks from the order date.  Please contact us if your order is time sensitive.  All shipping and postage will be assumed by the customer.  Customers will be notified if there are any delays.  Our Little 3 is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or mailing, or for products that are not delivered.  All orders are shipped via Canada Post and USPS.

Please note – international orders have extended delivery times.  Transit times may vary due to customs.  Our Little 3 is not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred on international shipments.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Will I see a final proof before my items are printed?

Yes, customers ordering any of our personalized items will typically receive their PDF proofs approximately 2-3 business days from the date the order is placed.  Colors on PDF proofs are used as a guide only.  Colors and size on PDF files are not always 100% to scale.  Ink colors will vary from computer monitor to monitor.  When printing proofs out on home printers, ink colors will vary from printer to printer. 

What if I make a mistake on my personalized purchase?

Contact us immediately by emailing hello@ourlittle3.com.  If you have not yet received or approved your proof, we can help with changes such as correcting any spelling errors, increased quantity, or change in shipping address.  For personalized products, our website allows customers to personalize and preview orders before submission.  It is the customers responsibility to carefully review their order for any spelling errors.  Please check your PDF thoroughly as once you have approved your proof for printing, we are unable to make any changes to your order.  Our Little 3 is not responsible for any errors found after printing.  If there is a mistake on the order as approved, we will have to charge for reprinting.  Additional proofs or further personalization will incur a fee.  

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund.  Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable.  For personalized products we are unable to accept any returns.  Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction.  If there is an error on our part, we will make sure appropriate compensation is given.  We will not accept returns for downloadable purchases.

GENERAL

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax for all orders within Canada.  All US/International orders are exempt from tax.  A sales tax rate of 5% is applied for Canadian Orders.

Do you do custom work?

Yes we do!  Please email maryrose@ourlittle3.com with the details of your project.

Is my transaction secure?

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.
